The Anti Human Trafficking Unit -PMU @ Women Safety Wing is being set up in collaboration with the Association for Voluntary Action (AVA). AVA is a child rights movement founded and spearheaded by Nobel Peace Laureate Kailash Satyarthi in 1979. These positions, while operating out of WSW premises, are fully funded by and on the roles of AVA, with no direct employment relationship with the Women Safety Wing.The AHTU PMU provides research-based investigative support for complex cases across states.Criteria : RequirementNumber of Position :1 (One)Qualification : Engineer or MBA with certification in Data Analytics from a recognized institution. BBA with Data Analytics certification can also apply.Age : Should be less than 45 years as on date of application.Gender : AnyExperience : Should have not less than 3 years of experience working as a Research Associate or Data Analyst, Fraud Investigator or similar in a Consulting or Insurance firms, or in the Fraud Team of Banks, e-commerce firms etc.Skill Sets :Strong attention to detailComfort synthesizing and analysing information from multiple streams, databases, tools etcStrong critical thinking skillsBasic internet research skillsGood comprehension, communication (verbal, written) skills is required to interpret contentInvestigative acumenDocumentation and Data ManagementWorking in a Technology enabled environment [Ticketing Software, Video Conferencing etc.]Fluent in reading & writing Telugu &English language.Advanced Excel Data Management SkillsProficient in database query using sql, VB, Tableu and other tools.Documentation and Presentation making SkillsLanguages : Should be fluent in Telugu, Hindi & English.Work Location :The position will be working out of Women Safety Wing, Lakdi Ka Pul, Hyderabad.Compensation:The gross remuneration shall be ₹40 thousand per month.Initial Tenure : The tenure of the engagement is co-terminus with the project. The initial employment will be for 1 year.
