
Business Development Executive

We are looking for a proactive and client-focused Business Development Executive to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for initiating contact with potential clients, explaining our web and mobile app solutions, qualifying leads, and scheduling meetings with decision-makers.
Key Responsibilities
● Reach out to potential leads via calls, emails, and messages.
● Clearly explain company services (web & mobile app development) to prospective clients.
● Qualify leads and identify potential business opportunities.
● Schedule meetings/demos for senior team members with qualified leads.
● Maintain accurate records of interactions using CRM tools.
● Follow up consistently with prospects while ensuring a professional, non-pushy approach.
● Collaborate with the marketing and technical teams to ensure client requirements are well understood.
Requirements
● Bachelor's degree in business, Information Technology, or a related field (preferred).
● Proven 0-1 experience in IT sales or a related sales role.
● Excellent communication and persuasion skills.
● Basic understanding of web & mobile app development services.
● Familiarity with CRM tools.
● Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple leads simultaneously.
● Self-motivated, target-driven, and eager to grow with the company.
