Key Responsibilities:

  1. Sales Management:
  2. Drive sales for the entire range of electrical products and solutions.
  3. Achieve sales targets through strategic planning and execution.
  4. Customer Relationship Management:
  5. Manage and grow relationships with assigned customers and territories.
  6. Ensure high levels of customer satisfaction and retention.
  7. Channel Management:
  8. Develop and manage channel partners to expand market reach.
  9. Monitor channel performance and provide necessary support and training.
  10. Promotional Activities:
  11. Organize and conduct sales promotion activities including:
  12. Mega seminars
  13. Technical presentations
  14. Webinars
  15. In-Plant Trainings (IPTs)
  16. Product demonstrations
  17. Promote digital products and solutions to enhance customer engagement.
  18. Technical Expertise:
  19. Possess strong understanding of electrical power distribution systems.
  20. Knowledge of Medium & Low Voltage Switchgear, Protection Relays, Power Factor Improvement equipment, and related technologies.

Qualifications & Skills:

Bachelor's degree in Electrical Engineering or related field (preferred).Proven experience in B2B sales within the electrical industry.Strong communication, presentation, and negotiation skills.Ability to work independently and collaboratively with cross-functional teams.Familiarity with digital tools and platforms for customer engagement.
