Job Summary

The Admission Coordinator for IELTS/PTE is responsible for managing the end-to-end student admission and counselling process for test preparation programs. The role involves coordinating student inquiries, guiding them through course selection, maintaining admission records, and ensuring an excellent student experience from inquiry to enrolment.

Key Responsibilities


•Handle student inquiries through calls, walk-ins, emails, and online platforms.


•Counsel prospective students about IELTS/PTE courses, batches, and training options.


•Coordinate with faculty and operations teams to schedule demo sessions and classes.


•Manage the admission process including registration, documentation, and fee collection.


•Maintain accurate records of inquiries, admissions, and follow-ups in the CRM system.


•Achieve monthly admission and revenue targets as assigned by management.


•Support marketing initiatives and participate in promotional activities (seminars, webinars, education fairs).


•Ensure timely communication and follow-up with leads to maximize conversions.


•Address student queries and resolve concerns promptly to maintain satisfaction levels

Skills & Competencies


•Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.


•Good proficiency in English communication.


•Sales and counselling aptitude.


•Ability to multitask and manage time effectively.


•Proficiency in MS Office and CRM tools will be an added advantage.


•Knowledge of IELTS and PTE course structure will be an added advantage.
