  • A Junior Quality Analyst's role involves testing software, documenting defects, and ensuring product quality by executing test cases, creating bug reports, and collaborating with development teams to resolve issues. This is an entry-level position designed for individuals with an eye for detail and a passion for continuous learning in software quality assurance.

Key Responsibilities

  • Test Execution: Perform manual testing by executing pre-defined test cases and scripts to identify software defects and inconsistencies.

  • Defect Reporting: Create and document detailed bug reports, ensuring clear communication with developers about the identified issues.

  • Requirements Analysis: Assist in analyzing client requirements to understand the software's functionalities and non-functional requirements.

  • Collaboration: Work closely with development and product teams to provide feedback, suggest improvements, and ensure timely resolution of bugs.

  • Documentation: Maintain and update quality assurance documentation, such as test plans, test cases, and test results.

  • Learning & Development: Continuously learn and upskill in modern QA practices, tools, and potentially test automation to drive operational efficiency.
