Job Title: Lead ServiceNow Quality AnalystLocation: Chennai (Work from office only)Job Type: Full-timeExperience Required: 5+ years in Quality Assurance, 3+ years with ServiceNow platform testingJob Summary:We are seeking a detail-oriented and experienced Lead ServiceNow Quality Analyst to ensure the quality and reliability of ServiceNow implementations, enhancements, and upgrades. The ideal candidate will have deep knowledge of QA methodologies, a strong understanding of the ServiceNow platform, and experience leading QA efforts in agile environments.Key Responsibilities:Lead QA efforts for ServiceNow projects including Incident, Problem, Change, CMDB, Service Catalog, and custom applications.Develop and maintain test strategies, plans, and cases for ServiceNow functionalities and integrations.Collaborate with developers, business analysts, and stakeholders to understand requirements and identify quality risks early.Perform functional, regression, integration, and UAT testing across multiple ServiceNow modules.Utilize automated testing tools such as ATF (Automated Test Framework) and other third-party tools as applicable.Maintain and enhance automated test suites for continuous testing in CI/CD pipelines.Track and report defects and testing progress using tools like JIRA, ServiceNow Agile, or Test Management plugins.Provide mentorship and guidance to junior QA analysts on ServiceNow testing best practices.Ensure testing complies with ITSM/ITIL processes and ServiceNow platform governance. Required Skills and Experience:5+ years of Quality Assurance experience, with at least 3 years focused on ServiceNow testing.Strong understanding of ServiceNow modules including ITSM, ITOM, HRSD, CSM, or others.Proficiency in using ServiceNow Automated Test Framework (ATF) and/or Selenium or other test automation tools.Hands-on experience with Agile/Scrum methodologies.Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with a keen attention to detail.Excellent written and verbal communication skills. Preferred Qualifications:ServiceNow certifications (e.g., Certified System Administrator, Application Developer, or ATF Specialist).Experience with ServiceNow upgrade testing and managing testing cycles during version releases.Familiarity with API testing using Postman or similar tools.Experience in CI/CD environments using tools like Jenkins, Git, or Azure DevOps.
