Job Role:

We are looking for a Operations and Accounts Executive to join our team out of Mumbai. The selected candidate will play a vital role in supporting the day-to-day operational and accounting processes involved in assigning inspections to suitable inspector based globally. The candidate will need to follow up of vessels ETAs with shipping agents, send T&C to ship inspectors, keep tract of the inspection till it has been reported as being concluded and review the invoice from the inspector as well as send invoices to Clients which are mostly Oil Majors. Existing experience in the maritime sector is helpful such as recruiting executive or purchasing executive.

Responsibilities


•⁠ ⁠Coordinating jobs with inspectors based globally.


•⁠ ⁠Track inspector travel arrangements until job conclusion


•⁠ ⁠Review invoices from inspector and follow up on errors


•⁠ ⁠Prepare invoices on behalf of the Company for sending to clients and follow up on accounts receivables.


•⁠ ⁠Liaising with Principals, Masters, and Shipping Agents


•⁠ ⁠Supporting inspection planning activities

Qualifications


•⁠ ⁠Bachelor's degree or higher


•⁠ ⁠Minimum 1 year of experience in documentation or operations in the maritime recruitment sector


•⁠ ⁠Strong communication and interpersonal skills- English


•⁠ ⁠Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook)


•⁠ ⁠High attention to detail and ability to manage multiple tasks under pressure


•⁠ Familiarity with computer applications, hardware or AI tools is a plus
