Job description:

  1. Responsible for monthly preparation of TDS challan.

  2. Timely prepare & maintain TDS working on monthly basis as per TDS liability.

  3. Responsible for cash voucher entry

  4. Timely prepare & maintain GST related work along with GST 3B file, GST annual return, GST audit work, GST R1 sheet, GST2A

  5. To reconciliation of customers part payments.

  6. Responsible to maintain all document related to accounts related to sales, receipts and payments are maintaining properly.

  7. Responsible for stock statement on monthly basis, and submit the same to bank.

  8. Responsible for expenses G.V. (General voucher) & purchase vouchers entry.

  9. Coordinate and make aware other departments with respect to any changes in legal and regulatory affairs.

  10. Be accountable to the own role in whole process, perform all roles with full responsibility and be effective and efficient at workplace.

  11. Any other task as assigned by Management as and when required.
