Job Title: Junior Accounts Executive

Location: Raipur

About the Role:

We are seeking a Junior Accounts Executive to support the finance team in purchase, sales, bank operations, and daily expense management. The role requires accuracy, confidentiality, and coordination across departments to ensure smooth financial operations.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Verify and process purchase invoices, HSN codes, GST details, and vendor information.
  • Prepare quotations, proforma invoices, and follow up on customer payments.
  • Handle cheque deposits, bank reconciliation, and expense tracking.
  • Maintain account statements, billing records, and GST filings.
  • Ensure proper documentation, filing, and compliance with company policies.

Qualifications:

  • Graduate in Commerce/Finance or related field.
  • Basic accounting knowledge and familiarity with Tally or Excel.
  • Good communication, attention to detail, and problem-solving skills.
  • Ability to handle confidential financial information.
