Job Summary:

We are looking for a detail-oriented Accounts & Taxation Executive to join our Accounts & Finance team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for managing accounts payable/receivable, GST, TDS compliance, reconciliations, and taxation-related filings. This role requires strong knowledge of accounting standards, statutory compliances, and the ability to coordinate with auditors and vendors to ensure accurate financial reporting.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Maintain accurate and up-to-date accounting records.
  • Record purchase, expense invoices, and purchase orders.
  • Generate sales invoices as per sales orders and ensure credit control.
  • Prepare supplier statements and reconcile payments.
  • Coordinate with vendors/customers for timely payments and reconciliations.
  • Manage TDS and GST compliance including payments and filing of returns.
  • Prepare and file monthly/quarterly/annual returns.
  • Handle audits, assessments, and statutory inspections.
  • Ensure accurate reporting of tax liabilities and payments.
  • Maintain tax-related records and reconcile accounts.
  • Stay updated with changes in taxation laws and regulations.

Requirements:

  • Bachelors degree or higher in Finance/Accounting.
  • 56 years of experience in Accounts & Taxation (preferably in manufacturing industry).
  • Strong knowledge of TDS, GST regulations, and compliance requirements.
  • Proficiency in SAP or other accounting/taxation software.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work independently and manage multiple tasks.
  • High attention to detail and accuracy.
