Job Title: Accounts Executive / Accounts Manager

Location: Kamal Vihar, Raipur

Experience Required: 4–5 years

Reporting To: Accounts Head

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage day-to-day accounting operations and entries in Tally Prime.
  • Handle accounts payable and receivable, including vendor and customer reconciliations.
  • Prepare and file GST returns, TDS, and ensure compliance with all statutory requirements.
  • Assist in monthly closing of books and preparation of financial reports.
  • Maintain petty cash, bank reconciliation statements, and support audit processes.
  • Coordinate with the purchase and operations team for invoice processing and stock entries.
  • Support budgeting, forecasting, and internal financial reviews.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree in Commerce (B.Com); M.Com or CA Inter preferred.
  • 4–5 years of accounting experience, preferably in a manufacturing setup.
  • Proficient in Tally Prime, MS Excel, and general accounting practices.
  • Strong knowledge of GST, TDS, and Indian accounting standards.
  • Good communication skills and ability to manage time and tasks independently.
