Role Overview:

We are seeking a highly experienced 
Google Ads Expert

to join our team on a part-time basis. This is a 
remote role

with 
flexible working hours

, ideal for professionals with deep knowledge of Google Ads and hands-on experience in 
Programmatic Ads, Shopping Ads, Search Ads

, and 
Performance Max (PMax)

campaigns.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Plan, execute, and optimize paid search and programmatic ad campaigns across Google Ads.
  • Set up, manage, and scale 
    Shopping, Search, PMax

, and 
Programmatic

campaigns for multiple clients.
- Continuously analyze campaign performance and provide actionable insights.
- Perform in-depth keyword research and competitor analysis.
- Develop conversion tracking and custom reporting dashboards as needed.
- Work closely with internal marketing and creative teams to align ad strategy with business goals.
- Provide high-level strategic direction for improving ad performance and ROI.

Required Skills & Qualifications:

  • 10+ years of hands-on experience

in Google Ads management.
- Proven expertise in managing and optimizing:
- Programmatic Ads
- Google Shopping Ads
- Search Campaigns
- Performance Max Campaigns
- Deep understanding of audience targeting, bidding strategies, A/B testing, and conversion funnels.
- Strong analytical and reporting skills using Google Ads, Google Analytics, and related tools.
- Self-driven, proactive, and able to work independently with minimal supervision.
- Excellent communication and documentation skills.
