Position Overview:
We are seeking a dynamic and highly organized Onboarding Executive to join our team. As an Onboarding Executive, you will be responsible for managing the smooth and efficient onboarding process for new tenants, ensuring they have all the necessary information, tools, and resources to settle in. You will serve as the primary point of contact for new guests, guiding them through the company's procedures, and ensuring a positive first impression of GoRoomGo.
Key Responsibilities:
Onboarding Coordination:
- Manage the end-to-end onboarding process for new tenants, including documentation, property walkthroughs, and orientation.
 - Ensure timely and complete collection of tenant information and agreements.
 - Ensure all required documentation (e.g., ID proof, agreement, payment receipts) is completed and submitted.
 
Customer Interaction & Communication:
- Serve as the main point of contact for new tenants during their onboarding journey.
 - Address and resolve any concerns or queries tenants may have regarding the property, amenities, or processes.
 - Provide a clear and friendly communication to guide tenants through the entire onboarding experience.
 
System & Data Management:
- Update and maintain the company's onboarding systems with relevant tenant details and status.
 - Assist in updating the database with important tenant information and make sure the system is up to date.
 
Collaboration with Other Teams:
- Collaborate with the sales, operations, and property management teams to ensure seamless tenant experiences.
 - Coordinate with housekeeping and maintenance teams to ensure the property is ready for new tenants.
 
Feedback Collection & Improvement:
- Gather feedback from tenants post-onboarding and identify areas for process improvement.
 - Help create and implement best practices to improve the overall tenant onboarding experience.
 
Documentation & Compliance:
- Ensure all onboarding procedures comply with company policies and legal requirements.
 - Maintain accurate records of all documents related to tenant onboarding.
 
Qualifications:
- Experience: No prior experience is required, but experience in data entry, online listings, or the hospitality industry is a plus.

c. Basic knowledge of using online platforms and Microsoft Office (Excel, Word)
d. Good internet connection and a computer/laptop to perform tasks efficiently
- Work Ethic: Ability to work independently, manage time effectively, and meet deadlines.
 - Communication Skills: Strong written communication skills in English.
 
Compensation:
- Salary Will be 10,000 to 15,000 per month.
