Sr Executive SCM for New Projects

Job Profile: Support for planning and management of the procurement activities for Greenfield Projects Identify potential Vendors and Contractors based on project requirements and evaluate them as per procurement policy. Coordinating with consultant for readiness of all MR's/RFQ's/Tenders and Float Enquiries within agreed timelines. Coordinate with EPCM consultant for Technical Bid Evaluation / Commercial Bid Evaluation. Support in negotiation meetings with vendors & contractors within the Budget allocated. Process purchase orders in SAP for projects. Review and process vendor invoices and track for timely payments to vendors Attend meetings with the engineering team, vendors and contractors as required. Coordination with the Inspection Team for timely inspection of the Equipment and Packages Coordination with project management teams during project execution to maintain on-time material delivery & supply at Site. Prepare MIS on regularly basis as per requirement.
Requirements: 2-6 Years of experience in project procurement of Greenfield/Brownfield projects in Oil and Gas, Chemical, etc. BE/BTech preferred Must have capex experience. Working knowledge of SAP
