What you'll do

Own and drive the MIS of all stores, turning numbers into actionable insights.


• Keep our books clean and compliant with timely reconciliations and reporting.


• Manage invoices, vendor payments, and reconciliations end-to-end.


• Mentor and guide a junior accounts associate to ensure process discipline.


• Work with auditors and ensure GST, TDS, and statutory compliance.


• Partner with leadership to set up financial structures for Pvt Ltd transition and IPO readiness

What We're Looking For


• 4–7 years of experience in accounting/finance (retail/multi-store ops is a plus).


• Strong knowledge of Tally/ERP, MIS, GST, TDS, and compliance.


• Proficiency in Excel-driven MIS and financial reporting.


• A self-starter who wants to build and scale financial systems, not just maintain them.


• Someone ambitious and ready to grow with a high-speed entrepreneurial setup
