Key Responsibilities:

  1. Auditing and Accounting:

  2. Assist in performing audit engagements, including planning, execution, and reporting, under the guidance of senior team members.

  3. Participate in the preparation and review of financial statements, ensuring accuracy and compliance with accounting standards and regulations.

  4. Help with the preparation and filing of tax returns and other regulatory compliance documentation.

  5. Client Services:

  6. Support client interactions by gathering and analyzing financial information and addressing client queries under supervision.

  7. Assist in conducting internal audits and providing recommendations for process improvements and compliance.

  8. Documentation and Reporting:

  9. Maintain accurate and organized documentation of all work performed, including audit working papers and financial reports.

  10. Prepare and review working papers and schedules for various accounting and audit assignments.

  11. Learning and Development:

  12. Actively participate in training sessions, workshops, and seminars to enhance knowledge and skills related to accounting and auditing.

  13. Stay updated with the latest developments in accounting standards, tax laws, and industry best practices.

  14. Administrative Support:

  15. Assist with various administrative tasks related to audit and accounting assignments, including scheduling meetings and coordinating with clients.

  16. Provide support in the preparation of presentations and reports for internal and external stakeholders.

Qualifications:

  • Enrollment in the CA (Chartered Accountant) course with a recognized accounting body.

  • Recent graduates with a degree in Accounting, Finance, Business Administration, or a related field are encouraged to apply.

  • Strong academic record with a solid understanding of accounting principles and financial reporting.

  • Excellent analytical skills, attention to detail, and the ability to work with numerical data.

  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, PowerPoint) and familiarity with accounting software is a plus.

  • Strong communication skills, both written and verbal, with the ability to work effectively in a team environment.

Job Type: Full-time
