About The Role
We're looking for a hands-on
Head of Demand Generation
to own the growth engine of our business — from awareness to acquisition.

You'll lead our
SEO, performance marketing, marketing operations, and web development
functions, driving measurable pipeline growth and marketing efficiency across all channels.

This role blends strategy and execution — perfect for someone who thrives at the intersection of data, creativity, and technology.

What You'll Do

  • Own the demand generation strategy — develop and execute multi-channel campaigns that drive qualified pipeline and revenue.
  • Lead performance marketing across paid search, social, retargeting, and display to deliver predictable ROI.
  • Build and scale SEO as a growth lever, driving consistent inbound pipeline through high-intent content and site optimization.
  • Oversee the website as a growth asset — ensure it's optimized for conversion, performance, and user experience.
  • Run marketing operations — own the marketing tech stack, lead tracking, attribution, and data integrity across systems (HubSpot, Salesforce, etc.).
  • Partner with Sales and Product Marketing to ensure strong lead quality, campaign alignment, and tight feedback loops.
  • Build, lead, and mentor a small, high-performing team across paid, organic, and ops functions.
  • Measure what matters — define KPIs, track performance, and continuously optimize campaigns for efficiency and scale.

What You'll Bring

  • 8–12 years of experience in B2B SaaS demand generation, with deep expertise in paid acquisition and SEO.
  • Proven track record of scaling pipeline and revenue in a high-growth environment.
  • Strong understanding of marketing analytics, attribution models, and funnel metrics.
  • Hands-on experience with HubSpot, Salesforce, Google Ads, GA4, LinkedIn Ads, and modern martech tools.
  • Excellent collaboration skills — you can work cross-functionally with sales, design, content, and product.
  • Strategic mindset with a bias for execution and experimentation.
