Job Summary:
We are looking for a professional and friendly Front Desk Executive to manage our front desk operations. As the first point of contact for visitors, clients, and employees, you will play a key role in creating a positive first impression and ensuring the smooth functioning of front desk activities.
Key Responsibilities:
Greet and welcome guests and clients as they arrive at the office.
Direct visitors to the appropriate person or department.
Answer, screen, and forward incoming phone calls promptly and professionally.
Maintain the reception area in a clean and orderly fashion.
Manage incoming and outgoing mail, packages, and couriers.
Schedule meetings, manage calendars, and book conference rooms.
Assist with administrative tasks such as data entry, filing, photocopying, and scanning.
Maintain visitor logs and issue visitor badges as needed.
Coordinate with housekeeping and security teams to ensure a smooth front office environment.
Provide basic information about the company, its services, or directions as needed.
Handle customer inquiries and resolve or escalate complaints appropriately.
Support HR and Admin teams with onboarding and documentation when required.

Education: High School Diploma or equivalent; a Bachelor's degree is a plus.
Experience: 13 years of experience in a front office or customer service role.
Skills:
Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
Strong interpersonal and organizational skills.
Proficient in MS Office (Word, Excel, Outlook).
Ability to handle multiple tasks and remain calm under pressure.
Professional appearance and demeanor.
Preferred Qualities:
Customer-focused attitude.
Punctual, dependable, and self-motivated.
Attention to detail and a proactive approach.
Experience in using office equipment (printers, scanners, etc.).
