Role & responsibilities:

  • Identify potential clients through networking and cold outreach, qualify leads, and manage the sales pipeline from initial contact to close.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with existing and new clients, provide after-sales support, and ensure high customer satisfaction through follow-ups and prompt communication.
  • Monitor market trends, analyze competitor activity, and gather data to inform sales strategies and identify growth opportunities.
  • Prepare and present sales reports to management, track progress against goals using CRM software, and collaborate with internal teams, such as marketing, to develop strategies.

Preferred candidate profile:

  • Proven ability to generate leads, close deals, and effectively negotiate terms.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills are essential for client interaction, presentations, and internal collaboration.
  • Strong time management and organizational abilities to handle multiple clients and tasks simultaneously.
  • Experience with CRM software and Microsoft Office Suite is essential.
  • A self-driven, results-oriented.
  • A bachelor's degree in business, marketing, or a related field, MBA in marketing or sales preferred.
