About the Role

We are seeking a Solution Architect with a strong background in full-stack development who can bridge technology with business impact. This role goes beyond architecture and coding - it requires direct client interaction, working closely with Business Development and Presales teams, and leading solution design that aligns with customer needs and long-term business value. You will be the key technical advisor for clients, responsible for translating business challenges into scalable software solutions while guiding distributed delivery teams and partners to successful execution.

Key Responsibilities

  1. Solution Design & Architecture Design scalable, secure, and high-performance architectures across web, mobile, cloud, and API ecosystems. Define technical standards, best practices, and reference architectures. Conduct technical feasibility analysis for new opportunities.
  2. Full-Stack & Mobile Expertise Hands-on experience with modern front-end frameworks (React/Angular/Vue) and back-end stacks , Java, .NET, Python, etc.). Strong background in mobile app development (native Android/iOS and/or cross-platform frameworks like React Native, Flutter). Deep understanding of cloud platforms (AWS/Azure/GCP), microservices, and DevOps practices. Ability to prototype and provide technical direction to delivery teams.
  3. Client Engagement & Presales Partner with BD and Presales teams to understand client requirements, propose solutions and support RFP/RFI responses. Conduct client workshops, product demos, and technical presentations. Act as a trusted advisor to clients, balancing technical feasibility with business value.
  4. Collaboration & Leadership Coordinate across internal stakeholders and external delivery partners to ensure solution alignment. Provide technical guidance and oversight during project execution. Support scoping, estimation and project planning from a solutioning perspective.

Required Skills & Experience

  1. Technical Expertise 4-8+ years in full-stack development and software architecture. Strong knowledge of web and mobile application architectures, cloud-native design, APIs and integrations. Familiarity with data architecture, security, and scalability design patterns.
  2. Client-Facing Experience Proven track record in client presentations, workshops, and solution pitches. Experience collaborating with presales or BD teams in a technology consulting or product company. Strong communication skills - able to simplify complex tech concepts for business stakeholders.
  3. Leadership & Mindset Entrepreneurial mindset with ability to work in fast-paced, early-stage environments. Strong problem-solving and analytical skills. Ability to balance hands-on technical depth with high-level solution design.
