We're seeking a
Senior Solution Architect
who will be responsible for defining
end-to-end solution designs
that drive this transformation forward. You'll be part of a
global architecture practice
, driving excellence, innovation, and architectural value across the organization.


Role Purpose

We're looking for someone who:

    end-to-end IT solutions

    fit-for-purpose, secure, scalable, and resilient
    enterprise solutions.
  • Can align solution architecture with the organization's
    strategic IT vision

  • Drives
    continuous improvement
    in solution design quality.
  • Provides
    technical direction and architectural leadership
    to business and technology stakeholders.


Key Responsibilities

  • Craft robust, secure, and scalable solutions aligned with enterprise standards.
  • Lead and guide
    junior Solution Architects
    through mentoring and knowledge sharing.
  • Provide
    technical and architectural leadership
    to ensure alignment with long-term IT strategy.
  • Perform early triage and shaping of IT initiatives to support investment decisions.
  • Produce comprehensive
    design artefacts
    to support service, security, architecture, and engineering.
  • Maintain integrity of
    end-to-end solutions
    , including managing transition states toward target architectures.


Skills & Experience We're Looking For

  • Strong background in the Insurance domain
    and experience with
    UK-based clients
    (mandatory).
  • Deep technical expertise
    across diverse customer and business scenarios, or strong domain specialization.
  • Proven
    design and architecture skills
    with a strong grasp of functional, non-functional, and security considerations.
  • Experience in
    Agile delivery methodologies
    .
  • Cloud technology experience
    (preferably
    AWS
    ) is desirable.
  • Exposure to
    Adobe Experience Platform
    ,
    Adobe Campaign
    ,
    Adobe Journey Optimizer
    , and
    Customer Journey Analytics
    is an advantage.
  • Financial acumen
    to support business case development and design decisions.
  • Strong
    stakeholder management
    ,
    communication
    , and
    leadership
    skills.
  • Ability to
    balance long-term architectural direction
    with short-term delivery goals.

  • Engineering Graduate
    or
    Graduate with relevant technical experience
