Senior Product Manager(Skin care brand )

Job Summary:
We are seeking a dynamic and strategic Product Manager to lead the end-to-end product lifecycle, from vision and strategy to launch and continuous improvement. The ideal candidate will have a strong mix of business acumen, user empathy, and technical understanding, with the ability to translate customer needs and market opportunities into innovative product solutions that drive growth and deliver exceptional user experiences.
Key Responsibilities:
- Define and communicate a clear product vision, strategy, and roadmap aligned with business goals.
- Gather, analyze, and prioritize customer insights, market trends, and business requirements to shape product direction.
- Translate product strategy into detailed requirements, features, and prototypes for development teams.
- Drive go-to-market planning, including positioning, pricing, and launch strategies.
- Continuously track product performance, customer feedback, and market dynamics to identify areas for improvement.
- Balance short-term priorities with long-term innovation to maximize product value and user satisfaction.
- Act as the voice of the customer internally, advocating for user needs in every stage of product development.
- Monitor competitors and emerging technologies to keep the product competitive and differentiated.
Qualifications & Skills:
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Engineering, or related field (MBA preferred).

Pay: ₹58, ₹70,000.00 per month
