Job Summary:
As a Quality Analyst, you will be responsible for ensuring the highest standards of quality for our services. You will collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify areas for improvement, develop and implement testing strategies, and ensure that deliverables meet or exceed customer expectations.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Requirement Analysis: Understand business and technical requirements to develop test plans.
  • Test Planning and Execution: Create, maintain, and execute test cases for manual and/or automated testing.
  • Perform various types of testing such as functional, regression, performance, and UI testing.
  • Defect Tracking: Identify, log, and track bugs using tools like Jira, Bugzilla, or Trello.
  • Quality Assurance: Validate product behaviour across different platforms and devices.
  • Ensure compliance with standards and guidelines.
  • Collaboration: Work closely with developers, product managers, and other stakeholders to resolve issues.

Qualifications and requirement

  • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, IT, or a related field.
  • Certification in software testing (e.g., ISTQB, CSTE) is a plus.
  • Minimum 2 year
    experience in manual and automated testing environments.
  • Familiarity with Agile or Scrum methodologies is often desirable.

Technical Skills:

  • Familiarity with tools like Selenium, Postman, JMeter, or Appium.
  • API Testing
  • Knowledge of programming languages (e.g., Python, Java) for automated testing.
  • Understanding of databases and ability to write SQL queries.
  • Analytical Skills: Problem-solving mindset and attention to detail.
  • Documentation: Ability to create test cases, defect reports, and test summary reports.
  • Communication: Strong verbal and written skills to liaise with cross-functional teams effectively.
