We are looking for a skilled Deputy Manager Civil to supervise and execute day-to-day civil works for our Battery Energy Storage System (BESS) Project in Gujarat. The candidate will ensure quality compliance, contractor management, and smooth coordination with electrical teams for successful project delivery.

Role & responsibilities

  • Supervise and execute daily civil works including excavation, foundations, RCC, structural works, trenching, cable ducts, boundary walls, internal roads, drains, and buildings.
  • Ensure construction is as per approved drawings, technical specifications, and quality standards.
  • Monitor contractor and subcontractor workforce for productivity and compliance.
  • Oversee installation of foundations for battery containers, PCS/inverters, transformers, switchgear rooms, and auxiliary buildings.
  • Verify construction materials (cement, aggregates, steel, concrete mix, etc.) as per quality standards.
  • Maintain documentation of civil work checklists, test reports, and inspection approvals.
  • Coordinate civil works with electrical teams for smooth progress of BESS / Solar installation.
