Position Overview: We are seeking an enthusiastic Admission Counselor to join our team. In this role, you will play a vital part in guiding prospective students through the admissions process for our digital marketing programs, ensuring they have all the information needed to make informed decisions.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Student Guidance: Provide personalized counseling to prospective students about our digital marketing courses, curriculum, and career opportunities.
  • Application Assistance: Help applicants navigate the admissions process, including application submission, document verification, and follow-up communications.
  • Data Management: Maintain accurate records of applicant interactions and manage data in our CRM system.
  • Collaborative Outreach: Work with the marketing team to implement outreach strategies aimed at attracting potential students.
  • Follow-Up: Conduct timely follow-ups with prospective students to answer any questions and encourage enrollment.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in Education, Marketing, or a related field.
  • Experience in admissions, counseling, or customer service, preferably in an educational or training setting.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Familiarity with digital marketing concepts is a plus.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office and CRM software.
