We are looking for motivated and target-driven Admission Counsellors to join our team and help prospective students discover the right courses for their career growth.

Key Responsibilities:

* Counsel students on course offerings, career opportunities, and benefits of learning with The Digital Pathshala.

* Follow up with leads via calls, WhatsApp, email, and online platforms to convert inquiries into confirmed admissions.

* Conduct online demo sessions and consultations for prospective students.

* Maintain accurate lead and student data in CRM and track follow-ups.

* Achieve monthly admission targets and contribute to overall revenue growth.

* Collaborate with the marketing team to improve lead quality and conversion.

* Build strong relationships with students and parents to ensure trust and long-term engagement.

Candidate Profile:

* Excellent communication and persuasion skills.

* Comfortable with telecalling, WhatsApp, and online counselling.

* Target-oriented, proactive, and motivated to achieve admissions goals.

* Prior experience in sales, telesales, or education counselling is a plus (1+ year preferred).

* Familiarity with CRM tools or lead management software is an advantage.

* Passion for digital marketing and education is a strong plus.
