Job Title: Sales Manager

Industry: Skincare & Personal Care
Key Responsibilities:
Lead, manage, and mentor a team of 50–60 inside sales executives handling inbound & outbound customer interactions.
Drive sales performance to consistently achieve revenue, conversion, and AOV (Average Order Value) targets.
Ensure advisors follow quality call standards probing, complete treatment explanation, medical paper sharing, and positive closures.
Monitor KPIs and performance dashboards; implement data-driven strategies to improve efficiency and results.
Collaborate with marketing, training, and product teams to align sales strategy with campaigns and product launches.
Manage post-purchase escalations, ensuring customer concerns are resolved effectively with high satisfaction.
Conduct regular training, call calibrations, and refresher sessions to build a skilled and motivated sales team.
Identify process gaps and work cross-functionally to improve customer experience, compliance, and order count.
Qualifications & Skills
Proven experience managing large inside sales teams (50+ members) and 4-6 years of proven leadership role.
Strong knowledge of e-commerce, D2C and personal care categories.
Track record in driving sales conversions, upselling, and cross-selling.
Strong background in post-sale service, complaint handling, and customer retention.
Excellent leadership, communication, and analytical skills.
Proficiency in CRM tools, reporting dashboards, and sales funnel optimization.
Exposure to beauty, wellness, or personal care brands will be a strong advantage.
Working Model – Work from Office.
Working Days – 6 Days.
