Key Responsibilities

  • Create, edit, and post engaging short-form videos, reels, and stories regularly.

  • Edit videos (add voiceovers, subtitles, transitions, and effects).
  • Design attractive static posts, thumbnails, and creatives for social media.
  • Analyze post performance and suggest creative improvements.
  • Stay updated on current social media trends, formats, and viral ideas.

About the Role

  • Were looking for a Micro-Influencer (minimum 5,000 followers) who has grown their own social media page organically and knows how to create scroll-stopping content.
  • The ideal candidate is creative, consistent, and trend-savvy, with a strong understanding of how social media algorithms work to boost reach, engagement, and followers.
  • Youll be responsible for creating and posting engaging videos, reels, and stories while collaborating closely with our internal team for ideas and approvals.

Requirements

  • 2-3 years of experience in social media content creation or influencer marketing.
  • Minimum 5,000 followers on your active social media page (Instagram / YouTube / TikTok).
  • Basic video editing and graphic design skills.
  • Proven record of organic audience growth and engagement.
  • Strong sense of aesthetics, storytelling, and social media trends.
  • Excellent communication and consistency in posting.
