Job Overview

InkSmithCo is looking for an experienced
Social Media Manager
with a minimum of
5 years in building and scaling digital brands
. This role requires a balance of
strategic vision, creative storytelling, and performance marketing
to position InkSmithCo as a bold, curated wall art brand.

The ideal candidate is both a
creative curator
and a
data-driven marketer
, capable of running impactful campaigns that grow community, elevate brand identity, and convert engagement into measurable results.

Key Responsibilities

  • Develop and
    lead InkSmithCo's social media strategy
    across Instagram, Pinterest, LinkedIn, TikTok, and Facebook.
  • Create visually striking content calendars aligned with
    product launches, campaigns, and seasonal narratives
    .
  • Manage
    paid advertising campaigns
    across Meta, Pinterest, LinkedIn, and TikTok – from strategy to execution and reporting.
  • Optimize ad performance with
    targeting, retargeting, and A/B testing
    to maximize ROI.
  • Lead
    community engagement
    : build meaningful connections, collaborations, and influencer partnerships.
  • Track KPIs: engagement, reach, conversions, ad performance – and translate them into
    clear growth strategies
    .
  • Collaborate with content, design, and Shopify teams to integrate
    social-first campaigns
    with e-commerce objectives.
  • Stay ahead of trends, tools, and innovations in
    luxury, lifestyle, and design-driven digital storytelling
    .

Required Skills & Qualifications

  • 5+ years of proven experience
    managing social media for premium/luxury/lifestyle brands.
  • Expertise in
    running and scaling paid social campaigns
    (Meta Ads, Pinterest Ads, LinkedIn Ads, TikTok Ads).
  • Strong understanding of
    content formats
    (Reels, Carousels, Pins, Stories, LinkedIn thought-leadership posts).
  • High visual sense; ability to maintain
    aesthetic brand consistency
    .
  • Proficiency in
    ad tools, analytics, and reporting dashboards
    .
  • Strong copywriting skills for captions, hooks, and CTAs.
  • Leadership mindset – ability to mentor content/design interns or freelancers.

Preferred (Bonus) Skills

  • Background in
    luxury/lifestyle/art/home décor
    .
  • Hands-on with
    Adobe Creative Suite
    or other design tools.
  • Photography/videography skills for quick content creation.
