Role Overview

We are looking for a Sales Team Leader with strong leadership potential who can take ownership of sales numbers for both the team and individuals. The ideal candidate will be a closer, trainer, and coach — someone who drives discipline, ensures quality client interactions, and pushes the sales team to achieve aggressive growth targets.

This role is designed for someone with the potential to grow into Sales Manager and Head of Sales.

Key Responsibilities

  1. Sales Ownership

  2. Take full responsibility for team & individual sales numbers.

  3. Personally step in to close hot leads when required.

  4. Ensure daily lead follow-ups, quotes, and closures are happening without delay.

  5. Team Leadership & Coaching

  6. Train and mentor BDEs on probing, objection handling, follow-ups, and conversions.

  7. Conduct daily morning & evening meetings (commitments, reviews, accountability).

  8. Monitor WhatsApp & call quality; give corrective feedback to team members.

  9. Motivate and push underperformers, recognize top performers.

  10. Quality Control

  11. Review quotes, follow-up messages, and client conversations for professionalism.

  12. Ensure CRM/Trello is always updated with status, remarks, and follow-up dates.

  13. Maintain discipline: no lead leakage, no missed follow-ups, no false promises.

  14. Client Escalation Handling

  15. Handle client issues or disputes directly.

  16. Ensure every escalated situation is turned into a positive client experience.

  17. Build strong rapport with key clients for repeat orders.

  18. Growth Potential

  19. Demonstrate ability to manage a team and deliver results.

  20. Show readiness to step into Sales Manager / Head of Sales role as company scales.

Required Skills & Qualities

  • 3–5 years' experience in B2B sales.

  • Strong closer — proven ability to handle high-value clients.

  • Leadership mindset: can train, discipline, and motivate a team.

  • Excellent communication (English, Hindi, Gujarati preferred).

  • Target-driven, highly ambitious, and resilient.

  • Integrity — honest with clients, never overpromises.

Performance KPIs

  • Team sales target achievement.

  • Individual performance improvement (conversion rates, closures).

  • CRM/Trello accuracy & follow-up discipline.

  • Client retention and repeat business.

  • Reduction in escalations or disputes.

Compensation

  • Fixed salary + performance-based incentives.
