Job Overview:

We are looking for a detail-oriented and passionate Quality Analyst to join our QA team in Bangalore. The ideal candidate should have hands-on experience in mobile and web application testing, strong analytical skills, and the ability to identify and resolve issues effectively. You will be responsible for ensuring the quality and performance of our applications through comprehensive testing and collaboration with the development team.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Perform end-to-end testing of mobile applications and web platforms.
  • Conduct UI/UX testing and validate overall functionality.
  • Identify, document, and report bugs; perform retesting and regression testing as required.
  • Create, maintain, and execute detailed test cases and test reports.
  • Collaborate closely with developers to ensure smooth and error-free user experience.
  • Participate in review meetings to discuss issues, improvements, and quality standards.

Required Skills:

  • Strong knowledge of manual testing for mobile and web applications.
  • Experience in UI/UX validation and functionality testing.
  • Proficiency in bug tracking and documentation tools.
  • Hands-on experience with Jira, Postman, and Test Rigor.
  • Understanding of functional, regression, and usability testing.
  • Strong analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.
