About the job Frozen Fun is a premium gelato brand operating in Delhi-NCR & Mumbai with 13 outlets and an online presence across major platforms. We are looking to hire a Head Barista who can drive coffee sales at our outlets and train and audit the staff regularly Key Responsibilities:

● Prepare a wide range of hot and cold beverages including espresso, cappuccino, latte art, and specialty drinks

● Maintain the highest standards of cleanliness and hygiene across the bar and prep areas

● Manage opening and closing duties, ensuring readiness and cleanliness of the café

● Train, support, and guide junior staff and new hires in beverage preparation and customer handling

● Monitor inventory and assist in ordering supplies as needed

● Handle customer inquiries and complaints with professionalism and a solution-oriented approach

● Ensure consistent quality and presentation of all products

● Uphold health, safety, and sanitation guidelines in accordance with local regulations

● Contribute to creating a warm, welcoming atmosphere for guests

● Suggest menu improvements and seasonal beverage ideas based on customer preferences and trends Qualifi cations & Skills:

● Minimum 5 years of hands-on barista experience in a busy café or coffee shop

● Proficient in using commercial espresso machines, grinders, and brewing equipment

● Strong understanding of coffee origins, brewing techniques, and flavor profiles

● Proven ability in customer service, multitasking, and teamwork

● Excellent communication and interpersonal skills

● Ability to work flexible shifts including weekends and holidays

● Passionate about coffee and always eager to learn and improve Preferred Qualifications:

● Certification in Barista training or hospitality management

● Experience in POS and café operations software

● Basic latte art skills (advanced preferred)

● Leadership experience or interest in a future supervisory role
