**Head Pizza Chef (Pizzaiolo Master) - URGENT**

The **Head Pizza Chef** is the chef specialised in the preparation of the pizza. We are looking for a Pizza Chef as we are specialised in **NEAPOLITAN STYLE PIZZA.**

A very important task of the pizza Chef is managing the cooking of the pizza in the oven (gas/wood-burning oven) taking care of the timing and the temperature to churn out tasty pizzas.
The pizza maker is responsible for
- taking care of the work area, the pizza counter, usually in marble, where the pizza is kneaded and and the oven area.
- Ensure that it is always clean and in optimal conditions, in compliance with current hygiene standards, and take care of the ordinary maintenance of the oven and work tools, always taking care of the separation veg/ non veg as per local requirements:

- selecting and ordering raw materials and fresh or frozen ingredients, choosing suppliers ensuring optimal ratio quality/cost, managing supplies and storing food stocks in warehouses and cold rooms.
- able to manage intense workloads, concentrated in the meal time slots, when the turnout is greatest.
- standing for several hours in a row, exposed to high temperatures;
- he is required to have the ability to work professionally even under pressure, and often in full view of the customers: in fact, in the pizzerias the counter and oven are visible
- the pizza Chef has the ability to work in a team and to be a guide for junior pizza chefs, teaching them his own knowledge.

**Salary**: ₹30,000.00 - ₹40,000.00 per month
