Job Summary:

We are looking for a proactive and detail-oriented Assistant Executive to support our management and operations team. The ideal candidate will assist in day-to-day administrative, communication, and coordination tasks to ensure smooth functioning across departments.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Coordinate with internal teams and clients for project updates and task follow-ups.
  • Assist management in preparing reports, presentations, and documentation.
  • Handle emails, calls, and scheduling of meetings.
  • Maintain and update project records, leads, and client databases.
  • Support HR and operations teams in onboarding, procurement, and office coordination.
  • Ensure smooth communication between departments and external stakeholders.
  • Handle general office administration and support senior executives as required.

Skills & Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, IT, or a related field.
  • 1 year of experience in an administrative or executive assistant role (preferably in an IT firm).
  • Excellent communication and organizational skills.
  • Proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and basic digital tools.
  • Ability to multitask, prioritize, and maintain confidentiality.
  • Basic understanding of IT services or project workflows is a plus.
