  • Manage and supervise daily IT operations to ensure uninterrupted system performance across all departments.
  • Maintain and support core hotel systems including PMS, POS, CRM, IPTV, Key Card System, and Accounting Software.
  • Ensure reliable performance of the hotel's network infrastructure, Wi-Fi systems, servers, and data backups.
  • Implement and monitor cybersecurity protocols and data protection policies.
  • Liaise with software and hardware vendors for installation, upgrades, and maintenance.
  • Plan and execute preventive maintenance and regular system updates.
  • Monitor and manage CCTV systems, access control, and telephone infrastructure.
  • Provide technical assistance and training to hotel staff.
  • Prepare and manage the IT budget and maintain accurate asset and inventory records.
  • Coordinate with management for technology-driven solutions to improve efficiency and guest satisfaction.
  • Ensure compliance with corporate IT standards and local data privacy laws

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹28, ₹35,000.00 per month
