Job Description

We are seeking a dynamic and motivated Sales Executive to join our team in the construction and interior design industry. The ideal candidate should have excellent communication skills, a basic understanding of construction stages and interior materials (such as plywood), and a passion for engaging with clients.

You will be responsible for following up with leads, closing sales calls, and conducting client and site visits. This role is ideal for individuals who are eager to learn, build strong client relationships, and contribute to business growth.

Key Responsibilities

  • Handle inbound and outbound client calls, ensuring effective follow-up of leads.
  • Meet prospective clients and conduct site visits.
  • Explain services and products clearly to clients.
  • Support the team in closing deals within given timelines.
  • Maintain strong relationships with clients to ensure repeat business.

Skills & Qualifications

  • Good communication skills (English & Malayalam preferred).
  • Basic knowledge of construction stages and interior materials like plywood.
  • Ability to handle client interactions with confidence.
  • Self-motivated and target-driven.
  • Freshers are encouraged to apply – training will be provided.
