How You'll Contribute

• Interpret data, analyze results using statistical techniques, and provide ongoing reports.
• Develop and implement databases, data collection systems, data analytics, and other strategies to optimize statistical efficiency and quality.
• Acquire data from primary or secondary sources and maintain databases/data systems.
• Identify, analyze, and interpret trends or patterns in complex data sets.
• Clean and filter data by reviewing reports, printouts, and performance indicators to locate and correct issues.
• Work closely with management to prioritize business and information needs.
• Locate and define new process improvement opportunities.

*Who You Are:*

• 2-4 years of proven experience as a Data Analyst or Business Data Analyst with a strong analytical mindset.
• Expertise in data models, database design, data mining, and segmentation techniques.
• Strong proficiency in SQL, reporting tools (e.g., Business Objects, Power BI, Tableau), and data processing frameworks.
• Knowledge of statistics and experience using statistical packages such as Excel, SPSS, or SAS for analyzing datasets.
• Experience with programming languages like XML, JavaScript, or ETL frameworks is a plus.
• Ability to collect, organize, analyze, and interpret large datasets with attention to detail and accuracy.
• Strong experience in querying, report writing, and data visualization.
• Candidates with experience in banking, NBFCs, or risk analytics are preferred.
• Bachelor's degree in Mathematics, Economics, Computer Science, Information Management, or Statistics.
