Supervisor

Location : - Pune Kharadi

Shift Timing : 12 PM to 9 PM OR 4PM to 1 AM (Cab Facilities)

(Candidates must be flexible to align with this schedule)

Key Responsibilities

  • Handle resale processing and distributor refunding
  • Run and maintain Excel-based financial reports
  • Interact with dealers/distributors for financial coordination
  • Support cross-functional teams with ad-hoc reporting and financial analysis
  • Provide month end reporting to multiple divisions summarizing Distributor Finance activity for processed resales, refunds, and handling fees
  • Ensure Timely and accurate completion of reports/requests for each region
  • Measure and Monitor KPI and SLAs
  • Supervise a team of associates, fostering a culture of excellence and accountability

Preferred Skills & Experience

  • Team Handling Exp Mandatory
  • 810 years of total professional experience
  • 35 years in customer service, finance or supply chain operations
  • Proven ability to lead, motivate staff, and build a teamwork environment
  • Prior experience of being part of Transitions preferred
  • Six Sigma Projects , process improvements exposure
  • Experience in transactional finance roles such as Order-to-Cash
  • Exposure to SAP is highly desirable
  • Background in customer service within the finance domain is a plus
  • Proficiency in Power BI for reporting and visualization
  • Strong Excel skills and comfort with data-driven tasks
  • Prefer candidates from Supply Chain, Manufacturing, or FMCG sectors
