Position Title: Fusion SCM Functional Lead

Role Overview

We are seeking an experienced Oracle Fusion SCM Functional Lead with proven expertise in leading and delivering Supply Chain Management (SCM) solutions in the hospitality industry. The role requires strong domain knowledge, excellent client-facing skills, and hands-on experience in end-to-end implementation, support, and optimization of Oracle Fusion SCM applications.

Key Responsibilities

  • Lead and manage end-to-end implementation of Oracle Fusion SCM modules, including Procurement, Inventory, Order Management, Supplier Portal, Sourcing, and Self-Service Procurement.
  • Act as the primary liaison with hospitality business stakeholders (Procurement, Food & Beverage, Housekeeping, Materials Management, Operations).
  • Conduct requirement gathering workshops, document functional requirements, and design scalable system solutions aligned to hospitality processes.
  • Configure Fusion SCM applications, prepare functional design documents, and support technical teams for reports, workflows, and integrations.
  • Manage Conference Room Pilots (CRP), UAT, and Go-Live activities; provide training and support to end-users.
  • Collaborate with Finance and HCM teams to ensure seamless cross-module integration.
  • Provide post-implementation support, resolve functional issues, and suggest process improvements tailored to the hospitality sector.
  • Mentor junior consultants and support knowledge transfer across the project team.

Required Skills & Experience

  • 812 years of overall SCM domain experience, including at least 6 years in Oracle Fusion SCM.

  • Strong functional knowledge of:

  • Procurement (including hospitality-specific sourcing and vendor management)

  • Inventory (materials management, warehouse, F&B stock controls)

  • Order Management and Supply Chain Planning

  • Demonstrated experience in the hospitality industry, preferably with hotels, resorts, or catering businesses.

  • Proven track record of leading multiple Oracle Fusion SCM implementations.
  • Experience in integrations with Finance and HCM modules.
  • Ability to manage stakeholders, drive workshops, and communicate effectively at all levels.
