Role & responsibilities

Digital Strategy and Planning:

  • Develop and implement comprehensive digital media strategies.
  • Stay updated on digital marketing trends and competitor activities.

Social Media Management:

  • Oversee social media accounts (Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn, Twitter, etc.) and ensure consistent brand messaging.
  • Plan and execute engaging content, including graphics, videos, and blogs.
  • Monitor and respond to audience engagement and feedback.

Paid Advertising & Campaign Management:

  • Plan, execute, and optimize paid digital marketing campaigns (Google Ads, Facebook Ads, LinkedIn Ads, etc.).
  • Track campaign performance and make data-driven adjustments to improve results.

SEO & Content Marketing:

  • Develop and implement SEO strategies to improve organic search rankings.
  • Work with content creators to optimize website content, blogs, and landing pages.

Email & CRM Marketing:

  • Create and manage email marketing campaigns to nurture leads and retain customers.
  • Segment and personalize email campaigns for maximum engagement.

Analytics & Performance Tracking:

  • Monitor key performance metrics (KPIs) and generate reports on digital campaign effectiveness.
  • Use analytics tools (Google Analytics, Meta Business Suite, etc.) to track website traffic and user behavior.

Collaboration & Team Coordination:

  • Work closely with designers, Social media executive and developers to execute marketing strategies.
  • Coordinate with external agencies and vendors as needed.

Preferred candidate profile

Education: Graduate in Marketing, Media, Mass Communication or related field. MBA/PG in relevant specialization preferred.

Experience: 38 years in digital branding and PR roles, preferably from media, advertising, FMCG or digital marketing industries.

Skills: Strong in digital marketing, brand strategy, PR, content creation, social media management, and campaign execution. Must have excellent communication skills and data-driven thinking.
