We are looking for a proactive and detail-oriented HR Executive with 34 years of experience in handling HR functions in a manufacturing setup. The role involves managing end-to-end HR operations, employee relations, recruitment, statutory compliance, and supporting management in building a motivated workforce. Key Responsibilities:

  • Recruitment & Onboarding
  • Manage end-to-end recruitment process for staff and workmen.
  • Prepare job postings, screen resumes, conduct interviews, and finalize selections.

  • Coordinate onboarding, induction programs, and ensure smooth joining formalities.

  • Employee Relations & Engagement

  • Address employee grievances and ensure a healthy workplace environment.
  • Support employee engagement initiatives, welfare activities, and retention programs.

  • Act as a bridge between management and employees.

  • Statutory Compliance & HR Policies

  • Ensure compliance with labor laws, PF, ESIC, Gratuity, and other statutory requirements.
  • Maintain employee records, HRMS data, and related documentation.

  • Assist in audits and inspections related to HR and statutory compliance.

  • Training & Development

  • Identify training needs and coordinate training programs for employees and workers.
  • Support skill development and performance management initiatives.
