We are seeking a detail-oriented and proactive GEM Bidding Executive who will be responsible for managing end-to-end activities on the Government e-Marketplace (GeM) portal. The role involves preparing bids and tenders, coordinating with internal teams for documentation, ensuring compliance with government norms, and driving successful tender submissions.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Handle complete operations of the GeM portal including product listing, catalog management, and bid submissions.
  • Prepare, review, and submit tenders/bids in line with client requirements and government procurement guidelines.
  • Coordinate with internal departments (Finance, Legal, Technical, etc.) for timely collection and preparation of supporting documents.
  • Track tender opportunities, monitor bid progress, and ensure adherence to submission deadlines.
  • Maintain accurate documentation and records of tenders, contracts, and correspondence.
  • Follow up with government departments, vendors, and stakeholders regarding bid status and clarifications.
  • Ensure compliance with government procurement policies and organizational processes.

Candidate Profile:

  • Experience: 13 years of relevant experience in GEM portal bidding / Government tendering / e-Procurement.
  • Knowledge: Strong understanding of GeM portal functionalities, government procurement processes, tender documentation, and compliance requirements.
  • Skills: Excellent communication skills (written & verbal), strong coordination abilities, attention to detail, and proficiency in MS Office.
  • Qualification: Graduate in any discipline (Commerce/Management/Engineering preferred).
