One of our esteemed clients is seeking a Business Development Manager to drive growth by partnering with leading AOR (Agency of Record) agencies or mall management or corporate clients. You'll be part of a fast-paced, dynamic team where your ideas and contributions make a real impact.

Responsibilities

  • Find and sign new AOR agency partners, mall management or corporate clients.
  • Create and present custom pitches that highlight what makes the company special.
  • Work closely with agencies to include our services in their brand activation plans.
  • Keep strong, lasting relationships with AOR agencies and their clients.
  • Offer service models that fit each agency's unique needs.
  • Share market trends and client feedback with strategy and innovation teams.
  • Help improve and shape our service offerings.
  • Follow all company rules and pricing policies.
  • Keep detailed records of meetings, deals, and projects in the CRM.
  • Submit regular sales reports on your performance and targets.

Qualifications

  • 5 to 7+ years in B2B sales, business development, or account management.
  • Experience in branding, signage, or activation is a big plus.
  • A strong network within top AOR agencies, mall management or corporate clients is a must.
  • A Bachelor's or Master's degree in Business, Marketing, or Communication is preferred.
