Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for an I.T. Recruiter located in Bengaluru, India. The I.T. Recruiter will be responsible for managing the full-life cycle recruiting process, which includes sourcing, screening, and enabling hiring of the candidates. The recruiter will work closely with multiple clients' hiring managers to understand their needs and provide strategic recruitment solutions. Additionally, the recruiter will be tasked with technical recruiting responsibilities, including assessing the technical skills of candidates.

Qualifications

* Experience with Full-life Cycle Recruiting

* Proficient in IT Recruitment and Technical Recruiting

* Skills in Hiring and Recruiting processes

* Excellent communication and interpersonal skills

* Ability to work independently and collaboratively with a team

* Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field

* 2-3 years of recruitment & staffing experience

* Experience in the tech industry is a plus

* Experience in supporting senior management roles hiring shall be considered a plus
