About the Role

We are seeking a proactive and experienced
IT Recruiter
to join our growing team. The ideal candidate will have hands-on experience in
end-to-end IT recruitment
and a proven track record of
leading and mentoring a small team

Key Responsibilities
:

  • Manage the
    full recruitment lifecycle
    – sourcing, screening, interviewing, negotiating, and onboarding candidates for IT roles.
  • Work closely with hiring managers to understand job requirements and define hiring strategies.
  • Use job boards, social media, and other channels to proactively source top tech talent.
  • Ensure a great candidate experience throughout the hiring process.
  • Maintain recruitment reports, dashboards, and performance metrics.
  • Coordinate with external vendors or consultants if needed.
  • Stay updated on IT hiring trends and market movements.

Required Skills & Experience
:

  • 4 to 6 years of experience in
    IT recruitment
    , including
    team leadership
    exposure.
  • Strong experience with
    bulk hiring and niche technology roles
    (e.g., Java, .NET, DevOps, Cloud, Data).
  • Hands-on with sourcing tools like
    LinkedIn Recruiter, Naukri, Indeed, and internal ATS
    .
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work under tight deadlines and manage multiple roles simultaneously.
  • Good understanding of
    technical skillsets and IT market trends
    .

Preferred
:

  • Experience in both
    contract and permanent hiring
    .
  • Background working in a
    staffing agency or fast-paced IT services environment
    .
