Job Description:
TopWorker is seeking a dynamic and results-driven Field Sales Executive to join our esteemed team. The ideal candidate will play a crucial role in generating new business opportunities through subscriptions and affiliate marketing agent recruitment.
Responsibilities:
1. Subscription Generation:
- Achieve a minimum of 8 new subscriptions daily.
- Effectively communicate the value proposition of TopWorker's products and services to potential customers.
- Utilize various sales techniques, including door-to-door sales and cold calling, to acquire new subscribers.
2. Affiliate Marketing Agent Recruitment:
- Recruit and train a minimum of 5 Affiliate Marketing Agents monthly.
- Provide ongoing support and training to ensure the success of recruited agents.
- Foster strong relationships with agents to encourage long-term partnerships.
3. Sales Targets:
- Meet and exceed monthly sales targets set by TopWorker.
- Develop and implement strategic sales plans to achieve organizational goals.
4. Customer Relationship Management:
- Build and maintain strong relationships with customers and agents.
- Address customer concerns and inquiries promptly and professionally.
5. Reporting:
- Submit daily and weekly reports on sales activities, subscriptions, and agent recruitment to the sales manager.

Qualifications and Skills:
- Proven experience in field sales, preferably in a subscription-based or affiliate marketing industry.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Goal-oriented with a focus on achieving and exceeding targets.
- Familiarity with sales techniques and strategies.
Compensation:
- Basic Salary: INR 10, ,000 per month.
- Attractive commission structure based on subscriptions and agent recruitment.
