Job Description:
Our company is an e-commerce business that sells mobile covers online. We have four dedicated calling Dep , each handling different stages of the order process:
- 1. Confirmation Team – Calls customers to reconfirm orders placed on our website, verifying details like name, address, etc., to ensure smooth delivery.
- 2. Abandoned Team – Contacts users who left their orders incomplete, resolves their concerns, and helps complete the order to boost sales.
- 3. NDR Team – Follows up with customers who didn't accept their parcels, understands the reason, and coordinates between the customer and courier to increase successful deliveries.
- 4. Support Team – Handles all customer issues post-purchase, such as receiving broken items, wrong colors, or other concerns.
Requirements:
- We need a Good / Average English communication.
- Good Computer knowledge (Excel, internet knowledge, fast work speed).
- A person with good learning ability, Decent.
(A) Salary - 13K to 16K
(B) 7 Days Unpaid Training - convert into paid only if hired
(C) Office timing- 9AM to 6PM
(D) Gazetted holiday - 26th Jan, 15th Aug, 2nd Oct, Holi, Diwali.
(E) Leaves - 2 leaves in a month
(F) Sunday Working with Weekday Off (Weekly off next week between Mon–Sat)
(G) 5 Days Salary Hold for Security (Refundable After 3 Months)
Fresher and Experience both can apply.
Job Types: Full-time, Permanent
Pay: ₹13, ₹16,000.00 per month
