The CEO will be responsible to manage:

Finance

  • cash flows/ budgets

  • Ensure payments and collections happen as per structure

  • Ensure all brand reimbursements happen timely and correctly.

  • Drive overall and branch wise PnL

  • Ensure all taxes are paid on time

  • Ensure all finance related queries are resolved

OPERATIONS:

  • Set salon targets and support the teams in achieving them.

  • Recruitment

  • Ensure the teams are adequately trained

  • Ensure retail and floor inventory stock audits happen monthly/ quarterly and discrepancies are adjusted/ compensated.

  • Ensure salon ordering process is timely and seamless and budgets are adhered to.

  • Ensure salon is maintained at all times. AC/ Painting/ Etc.

  • Ensure all SOPs for hygiene, cleanliness, salon opening and closing are being followed at all times.

MARKETING:

  • Plan strategic brand tieups to increase footfall.

  • Approve marketing plans, designs/ artworks, social media content

and website content for both company and franchise salons.

  • Decide on marketing budgets each month

  • Approve performance marketing campaigns as required.

FRANCHISE DEVELOPMENT

  • Expand new franchisees.

  • Support franchisees to find suitable locations and negotiate deals for them.

  • Support them in designing the salon.

  • Recruit and train their teams.

  • Set up their operations as per all SOPs

  • Guide them to manage customer complains
