Job Summary

  • This role is responsible to manage Static Set up, Matrix Update & overseeing matrix management for reconciliation

  • Effectively and collaboratively identify, escalate, mitigate and resolve risk, conduct and compliance matters.

Key stakeholders

  • All Ops stakeholders in-country/GBS related to reconciliation, product teams, Project Product owners, Technology teams

Key Responsibilities

Static Set up

  • Perform static update in TLM
  • Validate completeness & accuracy for static changes
  • Ensure NIL pending of ageing cases
  • Follow up with technology to resolve technical issues around static set up

Matrix Management

  • Update & Maintain Matrix details for Reconciliation
  • Trigger annual certification for matrix details in collaboration with control team

Qualifications

  • Graduation in any discipline
  • Knowledge of multiple product functions/ systems/ processes.
  • Working knowledge of reconciliations performed for the group.
  • An analytical, risk-based approach with good communication skills and team ethic required, though should be able to work autonomously when required
  • Knowledge of MS suite of applications required, preferably at Intermediate/Expert level
