Responsibilities:
Understand requirements and create detailed **test scenarios, test cases, and test data** for web and mobile applications.
Perform functional, regression, usability, and UI testing across Android, iOS, and web platforms.
Execute test cases manually and report bugs with proper steps, screenshots, or videos in bug tracking tools (e.g., JIRA, Mantis, Bugzilla, or similar).
Verify bug fixes and perform re-testing.
Work closely with developers, designers, and product teams to ensure product quality.
Conduct cross-browser and cross-device testing to ensure consistent performance.
Test API responses using tools like Postman (basic level).
Participate in daily stand-ups, sprint planning, and review meetings.
Prepare test reports and documentation for release cycles.
Required Skills
- 1–2 years of experience in manual testing of mobile and web applications.
Strong knowledge of SDLC, STLC, and defect life cycle.
Hands-on experience with test case writing and execution.
Experience in mobile app testing (Android & iOS).
Knowledge of cross-browser testing (Chrome, Firefox, Safari, Edge).
Familiarity with API testing basics (Postman preferred).
Good communication skills for reporting and coordination with teams.
Detail-oriented with a problem-solving mindset .
Understanding of database testing (SQL basics).
Exposure to Agile/Scrum methodology.
